Maroon House is an urban ministry collective built for the leaders nobody is checking on. Church planters. Urban pastors. Ministry leaders carrying more than anyone can see.
Founded by Charlie Mitchell out of his own experience planting Epiphany Church in Baltimore while navigating kidney disease, Maroon House exists because the most urgent crisis in urban ministry is not strategy, it’s the souls of the leaders doing the work.
Maroon House offers soul care coaching, cohort experiences, and practical resources designed specifically for the pressures of urban church planting and ministry leadership. It is a nonprofit ministry operating in partnership with Equipt, Inc.
